Job Description:

The role involves supervising and performing hands-on accounts payable tasks, overseeing the team, and ensuring full cycle AP processes are carried out efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise the accounts payable team and ensure efficient work delivery
Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes
Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data processing
Ensure accurate account coding in all transactions
Conduct regular auditing to maintain the integrity of financial data
Oversee and manage the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH)
Execute accounting functions in accordance with the accrual accounting method
Use Concur for travel and expense management
Resolve any accounts payable related issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

Proven expertise in Account Coding
Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory
Familiarity with Concur software
Strong ability in Data Processing
Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions
Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficient in Accrual Accounting
Experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH)
