Job Description:

We are in the market for a dedicated Accounts Payable to join our team. Situated in Pleasanton, California, the role will center around managing customer applications, upholding precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also involves overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately processing monthly field invoices for specific projects and/or divisions
Assisting in reviewing check run to meet weekly deadlines
Maintaining precise records of customer credit
Proficiently using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for various tasks
Utilizing Oracle and Concur, with emphasis on Accounts Payable
Ensuring effective communication and following instructions diligently
Maintaining an organized and detail-oriented work ethic
Willingness to work onsite and adapt to different working hours

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Must have previous experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
Strong communication skills are necessary
Proficiency in Oracle software is beneficial
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites is required
Must be willing to work onsite
Experience as a Processor is advantageous
A Plus certification is beneficial
Familiarity with Concur software is a plus

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Oracle software
