Job Description:

A very successful consumer products distribution company in Piscataway seeks an Accounts Receivable Administrator with a strong background in accounts receivable and collections. The company is looking to start immediately, and the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be working in office five days a week.

Job Responsibility:

All accounts receivable functions
Performing cash postings
Handling various collection function
Preparing aging schedules for accounts receivables
Special projects for management

Requirements:

Skilled in Account Reconciliation
Experienced in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Applications, and Collections
Familiar with Commercial Collections
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
Strong Administrative skills
