Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you'll be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, with a focus on account reconciliation, billing, and cash applications.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Manage and maintain up-to-date customer credit records
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions when needed
Ensure the timely and accurate billing of customers
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
Manage cash applications and ensure all cash receipts are applied properly
Carry out cash collections effectively and maintain a high level of customer service
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze and report on account details
Operate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software for various accounting tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
Must have knowledge in Billing procedures
Familiarity with Cash Applications is necessary
Experience in Cash Collections is a must
Background in Commercial Collections is needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is a plus

Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software
