Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with handling various financial and accounting responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer-related transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately processing customer credit applications
maintaining precise records of customer credit
handling customer inquiries and resolving them effectively
monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions
executing AR billings and cash applications
ensuring accurate statements of account
maintaining sales and inventory records in the accounting operating system
providing customer service when required
reconciling accounts and managing cash collections

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
familiarity with Billing procedures
expertise in Cash Applications
experience in Cash Collections
knowledge of Commercial Collections
proficiency in Oracle financial software
proficiency in QuickBooks
familiarity with SAP

Nice to have:

Familiarizing with export finance and shipping terminology
