Job Description:

Prestigious organization is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to manage the accounts receivable and collections functions, ensure smooth cash flow, decrease outstanding receivables, and guide the team to meet objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Guide and direct the accounts receivable and collections team
Handle daily AR processes which include invoicing, payment application, and customer account balancing
Formulate and apply collections strategies to enhance cash flow and diminish delinquencies
Review aging reports, evaluate credit risks, and keep accurate AR records
Work together with internal teams such as sales and customer service to resolve invoicing disputes or payment delays
Coach, mentor, and appraise an AR team to surpass performance metrics
Make sure all collection activity is in line with company policies and complies with applicable laws and regulations
Prepare and present monthly AR and collections performance reports to senior leadership
Initiate continuous improvement strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred
7+ years of Accounts receivable / collections experience
3+ years of supervisory experience
ERP experience
