Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the retail clothing and accessories sector in New York, New York, 10016, United States. We are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Manager who will be instrumental in managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving their inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Process customer credit applications
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries related to billing functions and accounts receivable
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action
Apply knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Use auditing skills to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle chargebacks using advanced knowledge of Excel

Requirements:

Proficient in 3M
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Proficient in Concur
Knowledge of CRM
Mastery of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Background in Auditing
Experience with Billing Functions
Advanced knowledge of Excel
