Job Description:

We are in the agriculture industry, located in Cary, North Carolina, and are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions. Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process customer credit applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
Use accounting software systems to maintain financial data
Operate ADP - Financial Services for financial management
Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
Ensure financial integrity through proper accounting functions
Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate billing
Oversee cash activity to maintain accurate financial records
Handle cash effectively and accurately
Operate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for business management

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Billing Functions
Experience in managing Cash Activity
Skilled in Cash Handling
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
