Job Description:

The position functions within the industry of financial services. The selected candidate will join our team in a workplace that values attention to detail and organization.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the entire billing process, ensuring that all funding sources are billed within the specified time restrictions for services provided
Receive and post payments promptly and accurately, monitoring cash activity closely
Record and reconcile billing data monthly, using a comprehensive understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
Review and report various general ledger accounts related to the function
Utilize advanced accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools for efficient and accurate work
Manage cash responsibly and accurately as part of daily tasks
Understand and adhere to agency, human resource, and department policies and procedures in the execution of duties
Demonstrate proficiency in using financial services tools such as ADP and CRM
Utilize Epic Software for various accounting functions
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM systems
Competency in using Epic Software
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with Billing Functions
Ability to manage Cash Activity
Experience in Cash Handling
