Job Description:

The individual will be part of a dynamic team in the financial industry, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficient processing and management of customer credit applications and account records.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process daily invoices for customers
Oversee the processing of customer payments and deposits via our online banking system
Handle FedEx and UPS invoicing for Accounts Payable
Reconcile bank statements for both operating account and credit card accounts
Generate drop ship reports and reconcile customer accounts
Execute monthly statements and timely collections calls
Assist with month-end reconciliation and updating of Avalara Tax rates in the operating system
Establish new accounts and conduct credit checks for D& B record
Regularly make collections calls and emails to maintain customer accounts
Provide support in answering phones and transferring them through our online switchboard
Handle any additional tasks assigned to assist the accounting team

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Competency in Epic Software
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively
Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Skills in Billing Functions
Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently
Experience with Check Processing
