Job Responsibility:

Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments and transactions related to client deposits and accounts receivable
Makes bank deposits using remote deposit scanner
Assist with reconciling revenue and bank accounts on a regular basis
Work collaboratively with our employees and clients to identify and post payments
Communicate and verify banking information for our clients
Review receivables internal and external email correspondence and respond timely

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail including thoroughness and analysis
Able to handle a large volume of activity
Exceptional organization is necessary for this position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
