Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a fast-paced, results-driven team. In this role, you will focus on accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and proactive communication with clients. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a collaborative environment while ensuring seamless accounts receivable operations.

Job Responsibility:

Process, track, and verify invoices and payments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues in a timely manner
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all client accounts
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage billing inquiries
Assist in preparing financial reports and support month-end closing processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role
Knowledge of accounting best practices and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively
