Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate industry in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be tasked with handling customer-related financial matters, keeping track of customer accounts, and ensuring efficient resolution of customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the processing of customer credit applications
maintain customer credit records
monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
carry out account reconciliation tasks
take charge of accounts receivable (AR) duties
oversee billing operations
handle cash applications
manage cash collections
work with commercial collections
utilize Microsoft Excel
operate with Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite.

Requirements:

Proficiency in account reconciliation
hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
understanding of billing processes
demonstrated ability in cash applications
experience in cash collections
familiarity with commercial collections
strong Microsoft Excel skills
experience with NetSuite
knowledge of SAP
familiarity with Oracle and QuickBooks.
