Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor based in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is focused on patient billing, insurance denials, and managing accounts receivable teams. Position combines onsite and remote work, in a great workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage one of the accounts receivable teams, ensuring efficient processing of customer needs
Utilize accounting software system and other relevant tools to maintain accurate customer records
Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions based on account status
Supervise direct reports in their auditing duties, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and on-time billing to customers
Lead and guide the team in the growth and development of their accounting skills.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge in Accounting Software Systems (Epic and Excel)
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills
Familiarity with Billing Functions
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
