Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who is sociable, creative, fun-loving and well-organised to ensure our residents’ days are filled with fun, variety, and stimulation. The role involves planning and organizing activities, fostering social connections, and keeping accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

Create and manage monthly rolling programmes and individual activities
Encourage residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies
Help residents socialize and enjoy their time through diverse activities
Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities

Requirements:

Proven ability to develop and organize a range of engaging events and activities
A friendly, creative, and confident personality
A genuine interest in working with the elderly
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
