Join Our Brand-New Team at Osprey Court Care Home — Opening March 2025! Opening March 2025, Osprey Court Care Home in Pitcrocknie Village offers luxurious accommodation for 60 residents. We provide personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care in a peaceful, multigenerational setting, prioritising the complete wellbeing of each resident. We’re looking for a creative and passionate Activities Lead to bring joy and fulfilment to our residents’ lives. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and overall wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

Plan & Lead Activities: Design and deliver a diverse range of activities that cater to residents’ interests, hobbies, and abilities
Encourage Social Engagement: Create opportunities for residents to connect, have fun, and enjoy their time at the care home
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all activities are well-documented and meet the needs of our residents

Requirements:

Event Planning Expertise: Experience in organising and delivering engaging activities
Creative & Enthusiastic: A friendly, confident personality with a passion for enriching the lives of others
Passion for Elderly Care: A commitment to enhancing residents’ wellbeing
Strong Communication Skills: The ability to connect with residents, families, and colleagues
Proactive & Organised: Able to work independently and bring fresh ideas to life
