Job Responsibility:
Answering incoming calls with a friendly demeanour
Welcoming and greeting visitors
Processing sales orders efficiently
Scheduling engineers and booking their travel
Assisting with Purchase Invoice processing
Requirements:
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel
A customer-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a reactive administrative role, handling incoming queries and meeting deadlines
