Job Responsibility:
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
act as the liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
support administrative needs across departments
provide administrative support to clients and vendors
report accidents and unsafe conditions
perform additional job duties as requested by supervisors
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish/English
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
maintain professional appearance and communications
develop and maintain positive working relationships
support team goals
listen and respond to concerns
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
