As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with maintaining customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. Job Responsibility:
Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
Maintain precise records of customer credit
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required
Answer inbound calls providing excellent customer service
Facilitate email correspondence effectively and in a detail-oriented way
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks
Schedule appointments as per requirements
Complete and process expense reports
Record meeting minutes accurately and promptly
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls effectively and with detail orientation
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders in a detail oriented and courteous manner
Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle email correspondence, responding in a timely and detail oriented manner
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing communications effectively
Ability to schedule appointments in a complex, fast-paced environment
Experience completing and processing expense reports accurately and efficiently
Proven ability to take meeting minutes, capturing key points and actions accurately
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly
