We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team located in Kent, WA. This role is particularly suited to those who excel in data handling, reporting, and operational tasks. This job will involves administrative and organizational support, data entry and reporting, and asset tracking.
Job Responsibility:
Handle the management of emails and recurring operational tasks such as mileage logs, vehicle renewals, equipment inspections, and fleet disposal processes
Take responsibility for organizing and streamlining processes, focusing on improving efficiency and identifying project opportunities
Oversee data entry tasks and populate pre-built Excel reports related to commissions, financial reports, and operational metrics
Use intermediate Excel functions like VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and formulas to ensure data accuracy and generate insights
Utilize software to monitor equipment, manage vehicle listings, and supervise asset updates
Maintain comprehensive records of IT assets, including computers, phones, and associated costs
Run queries and retrieve crucial company data using Microsoft Access
Manage quarterly customer rebate reports, ensuring data accuracy and prompt processing
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries, including branch-specific revenue and expense data, supporting accurate and timely submission of corporate tax documents
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including an understanding of Pivot Tables and Excel Formulas
Experience in compiling and managing Expense Reports
Ability to produce reports with accuracy and efficiency
Significant experience in Data Entry, demonstrating speed and precision
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and its applications in an administrative setting
Prior experience in an Administrative Assistant role
Strong Administrative skills, including planning, organizing, and managing tasks
