Thriving company in Doral is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to streamline daily office operations and support upper management. The individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answering all incoming phone calls and delivering messages
greeting clients and guests
streamlining daily office operations and facilitating communications for the office
preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other required documents
maintaining the office calendar for conference room bookings, meeting setup/take down, and kitchen/office supply organization
overseeing calendars and scheduling, including logistics for conference calls, meetings, and other events (primarily through Google Apps)
coordinating travel logistics (both domestic and international)
performing additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1-3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
outstanding communication skills
a knack for organization
Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
must be organized and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
the ability to balance and prioritize deadlines
be a flexible team player with a positive attitude
