This position involves providing administrative support, managing data, and creating presentations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer credit records, resolving inquiries, monitoring accounts, generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and performing various administrative and data-related tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain updated and precise customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
Offer administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth operations
Update and maintain data across various systems, including spreadsheets and CRM
Generate reports by pulling large volumes of data and maintaining accuracy
Manage, organize, and update Excel spreadsheets, including handling charts, pivot tables, formulas, and V-LOOKUPS
Create engaging and informative presentations as required
Carry out additional administrative and data-related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in data entry tasks
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Experience in email correspondence and schedule management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with CRM software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
