This role is primarily focused on handling customer inquiries and coordinating with field workers for service calls. Job Responsibility:
Fielding a high volume of inbound phone calls and addressing customer inquiries
Coordinating with field workers by distributing service calls and providing detailed repair information
Managing customer-related data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
Processing customer requests for repairs and construction services
Performing administrative duties such as filing and depositing checks
Prioritizing varying tasks throughout the day and demonstrating flexibility in task management
Participating in cross-training for multiple aspects of the business operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in answering inbound calls, including managing multiple lines, screening calls, and redirecting as necessary
Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism
