Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services industry, located in Apex, North Carolina, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our loan processing procedures. Your role will involve detailed verification of loan application data, regular interaction with various stakeholders, and meticulous maintenance of loan records.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately process loan applications and ensure their completeness
  • Engage in regular communication with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to expedite loan processing
  • Perform detailed data entry and maintain updated loan records in our system
  • Collect necessary documentation from borrowers and verify them for accuracy
  • Ensure all loan documentation is in compliance with our company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of loan files for approval and closing
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure satisfaction of clients and customers
  • Demonstrated competency in data entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Experience in handling detail oriented email correspondence
  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
  • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and meeting coordination in a corporate setting
