Job Responsibility:
Addressing inbound calls and providing necessary information to callers

Requirements:
Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette

Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and timeliness in all communications
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, effectively addressing patient needs and inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts, and using formulas
Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, contacts, and scheduling appointments
Proficiency in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
