This role primarily involves providing customer service, handling inbound calls, and managing data entry tasks. Given the nature of the role, you will be required to correspond via email and schedule appointments as necessary. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Field inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service
Efficiently handle data entry tasks and maintain customer records
Correspond with customers and team members via email as required
Schedule appointments meticulously and update the team regarding the same
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform daily tasks
Process customer applications with attention to detail
Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first approach
Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally
Proven skills in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Experience in answering inbound calls and managing multiple lines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
