Job Responsibility:
Efficiently process customer credit applications
Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
Maintain logs and records, tracking all necessary information
Compile and manage transactions, ensuring data integrity
Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks
Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
Distribute badges to guests, ensuring security protocols are followed
Perform various administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Familiarity with answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently
Proficiency in providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly
Demonstrated ability in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with email correspondence, managing, and responding to a high volume of emails professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings effectively
