Answer inbound calls and handle correspondence
Create charts and graphs
Maintain digital files
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
Command over ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with A-Systems
Proficiency in Epic Software
Knowledge of IBM AS/400
Ability to use About Time
Experience in answering inbound calls
Capable of creating and interpreting charts and graphs
Experience in performing clerical duties
