managing the delivery and receipt of daily mail, ensuring it reaches the appropriate recipients
showcasing excellent customer service skills by greeting clients and directing them to the conference room
maintaining a detail-oriented office environment by answering the door and dealing with inbound and outbound calls
coordinating office activities by scheduling appointments in a timely and organized manner
assisting in setting up and cleaning up food for office events or meetings
ensuring the proper operation of office equipment, including the snap scanner and tax software
Requirements:
Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally
demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service
proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
skilled in email correspondence, able to respond to and manage emails effectively
experience in both inbound and outbound calls, being able to handle multiple lines when necessary
proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

proven experience in scanning documents with precision
skilled in managing daily mail, including receiving, sorting and distributing
