Job Responsibility:

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails

Undertake filing, scanning, and printing tasks, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
Utilize downtime effectively, identifying and undertaking tasks that contribute to the productivity of the team
Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action where necessary
Requirements:
Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
