Job Description:

Randstad is currently recruiting an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Community Social Work Team in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults while benefiting from competitive pay and professional support.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload within Adult Services, providing person-centred support
Conduct assessments, care planning, and safeguarding interventions
Work closely with partner agencies to ensure effective service delivery
Support individuals to live independently while promoting well-being
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies

Requirements:

SSSC registration as a Social Worker
PVG membership (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in Adult Services, particularly in community-based support
Strong assessment and risk management skills
