Job Description:

Join our Omnicare closed-door pharmacy team as an Advanced Pharmacy Technician and find a career that rewards you. Work to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance are met for our patients while working in various pharmacy workstations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance are met for patients
Work in various pharmacy workstations
Partner with function supervisor to coordinate workflow
Rotate and work in various assigned pharmacy workstations
Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers
Perform physical inventories of medication

Requirements:

Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Prior experience in the long-term care industry
Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
PTCB National Certification
Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
