Assist staff with expediting problem payments
Follow up with guest satisfaction
Process guest check-ins and check-outs
Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Coordinate with Housekeeping
Run daily reports
Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Count bank at the beginning and end of shift
Balance and drop receipts
Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
