Job Description:

The AI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions to meet business objectives. This role involves innovation strategy, technology roadmap planning, collaboration across departments, and leadership in implementing scalable AI systems.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the innovation strategy and technology roadmap for HPE Hybrid Cloud
Overseeing the design, development, and product portfolio of GreenLake cloud platform
Develops integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze and leverage data in product and system applications
Applies, optimizes, and scales deep learning technologies and algorithms
Helps transition proof-of-concept implementations into R&D teams
Translates customer requirements and industry trends into AI/ML products, solutions, and systems improvement
Provides feedback to influence product roadmap direction
Creates technical content such as designs, specifications, and software implementations
Guides and mentors less-experienced staff members
Collects product feedback from field interactions.

Requirements:

15+ years of relevant experience in the industry delivering technical and business strategy at an advanced/strategist level
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
Strong understanding of the current state of AI solutions & Cloud infrastructure
Proven experience driving new innovations across AI & Cloud Infrastructure technologies, and the productization of advanced development activities
Must have a track record of architecting, building and deploying mission critical, highly distributed, AI applications and solutions
Must have experience with at least one major IaaS and/or PaaS technology (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, VMWare, VMware Cloud Foundation, etc.) including defining and scripting full topologies
Must be able to work in a global, complex and diverse environment.

Nice to have:

Deep understanding of databases, security, DevOps, MLOps, and hands-on experience in designing AI-driven architectures
Knowledge of design patterns, domain-driven design, component-based architecture, and evolutionary architecture
Understanding of cloud-native architecture concepts
Knowledge of high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and security requirements in the cloud
Flexible consultative skills to handle a diverse set of activities daily and adaptable to drive ever-changing priorities
Effective technical leadership skills to influence diverse groups to move toward common goals.
