As an AI Architect you will be responsible for designing and architecting a scalable AI-powered Customer Care Platform using Azure AI services and Genesys Cloud on AWS. You will integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Machine Learning to automate customer interactions. The role involves working closely with DevOps teams to automate and scale the platform efficiently and supporting the API strategy to ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and ERP systems.
Job Responsibility:
Design and architect a scalable AI-powered Customer Care Platform using Azure AI services and Genesys Cloud on AWS
Integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Machine Learning to automate customer interactions
Select and implement Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework) and seamlessly connect them with Genesys Cloud
Define and implement a robust microservices architecture with a focus on performance, security and compliance
Work closely with DevOps teams to automate and scale the platform efficiently
Support the API strategy to ensure seamless integration with existing CRM and ERP systems
Monitor and continuously optimize AI models to improve customer interactions and service quality
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Several years of experience in architecting AI-driven cloud applications, ideally with Azure AI stack and AWS
Strong expertise in Conversational AI, NLP, and Machine Learning technologies
Experience with Genesys Cloud (e.g., routing, bot integration, voice & chat AI) on AWS is a plus
Solid understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, API management, and DevOps processes
Knowledge of data privacy and security in AI-powered systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Nice to have:
Experience with Genesys Cloud (e.g., routing, bot integration, voice & chat AI) on AWS
