• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their workflows
• design, develop, and deploy AI solutions tailored to internal teams
• work closely with Engineers, Product Designers, and other AI Solutions Engineers
• collect feedback from internal users to iterate on solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on deploying solutions that enhance productivity
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI-centric products, including machine learning, generative AI, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• robust programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerizing solutions with tools like Docker and Kubernetes within cloud environments like AWS and Azure
• familiarity working with LLMs, RAGs, and open-source frameworks such as Lang Chain and Langflow preferred
• exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in unstructured environments
• proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• flexible and introspective, with a willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow as situations require
