Job Responsibility:

Warmly welcome and build strong connections with each guest
Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment
Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations
Deliver see-off speeches on the buses
Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
Represent company values and culture

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Speak English and either Dutch, German or Polish
Friendly and empathetic
Dedicated to making guests happy
Quick learner
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with the schedule
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Fully conversational in English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of additional languages (Dutch, German or Polish)
