Job Description:

The Ambassador role at W Ibiza involves enhancing the guest experience by activating all outlet services within the lobby area, responding to guest requests, and providing local area knowledge. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience or certifications. The job is full-time and onsite at the W Ibiza luxury beach hotel.

Job Responsibility:

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Gather and provide local area knowledge to inform guests
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Assist individuals with disabilities

Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Requirements:
