Job Description:

This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns for T-Ads and its clients. The Analyst, Business Intelligence is a skilled data analyst who excels in uncovering insights from various datasets, translating information into actionable recommendations, and optimizing advertising performance through data-driven strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs
Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to support client presentations and business reviews
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting systems
Respond to ad hoc reporting analysis requests

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field
Prefer 2+ years experience related to business intelligence
Analyst experience in a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech
Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Nice to have:

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
