In this role, you will liaise between clients and our IT department to resolve business issues related to various technologies. This position involves handling technical support concerns professionally, correlating business requirements to technology solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Resolve technical issues for clients, including those related to customer ordering, advanced reporting, and login issues to ordering applications
Serve as a liaison between customers and IT to ensure smooth resolution of technological challenges
Ensure a positive technical support experience for clients by managing their concerns professionally
Collaborate with end users and technology teams to resolve incidents
Partner with end users to align business requirements with technology solutions
Document all cases in call tracking software and escalate to appropriate queue when necessary
Utilize Technology (O365, Teams, OneDrive), User Account Management tools, and customer IT support experience to deliver effective solutions
Maintain working knowledge of IT service management processes and procedures
Ensure accurate processing of customer applications and maintenance of customer records
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements:
Proficient in Customer Service and able to provide effective technical support
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in the English Language
Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining Documentation and Reporting
Familiarity with Procedures related to Business Applications
Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Office 365 and Teams
Capable of efficient Scheduling and handling Technical Issues
Comfortable with using the Internet for various tasks
Proven experience as a Liaison with Partners and in Account Management
Ability to work in Collaboration with different teams
Experience in KPI Reporting and achieving set Targets
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to understand and implement Principles
Skilled in preparing Business Requirement Documents
Knowledge of Retail Sales and Service Desk operations
Possess Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve systems and procedures.
