Job Description:

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local construction type company seeking an AP Specialist. This AP Specialist should have at least 2 years of higher volume AP experience. This AP Specialist should be familiar with sales and use tax. This AP Specialist role offers a great benefit package including a 401K with match.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
Expertise in performing Check Runs
Experience in Coding Invoices
Proficient in Data Entry tasks
Familiarity with Invoice Processing

Nice to have:

Familiarity with sales and use tax
