Job Description:

This role will be focused on the development and maintenance of the clients business application environments, encompassing platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Dynamics, along with workflow software like Monday.com.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain business application environments
Handle updates, change requests, and migrations
Conduct high-level troubleshooting and problem resolution
Manage SQL databases
Develop Microsoft dynamics and SAP systems
Collaborate with technical staff
Run logging and monitoring/alerting system
Engage with outside vendors and contractors
Provide hardware, software, and technology purchase recommendations
Investigate and recommend technology options
Assist personnel of other departments as a technical resource
Write PowerShell/bash/batch scripts

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead
Proficient in Salesforce Development
Strong skills in Dynamics
Agile methodology expertise
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication skills
Proven problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Must possess a customer-centric approach
