Job Description:

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for business-critical applications. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications
Investigate and resolve software and system issues, escalating when necessary
Work with developers, IT teams, and third-party vendors to implement fixes and enhancements
Perform application monitoring, ensuring performance, availability, and security
Assist in software deployments, updates, and patches
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices in a knowledge base
Train end-users on application functionalities and provide guidance on best practices
Support data integrity by running queries, validating reports, and managing system configurations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in application support or IT support roles
Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Understanding of API integrations and basic networking concepts
ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL-based support environment
