Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on supporting and assisting customers, resolving tickets, and requires a basic understanding of application support. The industry we operate in involves technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Database, and Dell, among others. This is a permanent position.

Job Responsibility:

Assist customers with their queries and issues, providing timely and efficient solutions
Handle ticket resolution, ensuring all tickets are addressed and resolved within the stipulated time
Utilize a basic understanding of application support to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Work with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Database, and Dell to provide support and solutions
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and effectively
Work with Active Directory and Backup Technologies to manage and support customer applications
Leverage skills in Configuration Management to ensure the smooth running of applications
Utilize knowledge of Computer Hardware to assist in resolving any hardware related issues
Continuously update skills and knowledge in order to provide the best support possible
Collaborate with the team to ensure all customer needs are met and issues are resolved

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Strong understanding of Database management
Proficiency in Dell Technologies
Active Directory skills
Experience with Backup Technologies
Knowledge of Computer Hardware
Proficiency in Configuration Management
Excellent Customer Service skills
