Job Description:

This position is critical to our IT team, offering comprehensive support for both off-the-shelf and custom-built applications essential to our business processes.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the main liaison for business applications
Perform programming tasks required to support operational needs
Ensure seamless functioning of production systems
Diagnose and resolve technical problems
Administer and oversee the implementation of EDI processes
Create and update system support documentation
Partner with departments to generate metrics, reports, and actionable insights
Use SQL and scripting languages to maintain data integrity
Manage mobile devices and associated licensing
Participate in an after-hours, on-call rotation
Execute projects and tasks aligned with company priorities

Requirements:

Proficiency in Application Support
Solid understanding and experience in using SQL Queries
Demonstrated skills in Data Analysis
In-depth knowledge and experience in EDI - Electronic Data Interchange
