Handle support tickets accurately and efficiently

maintain smooth operations of CRM and ERP systems
support end-users with application usage and troubleshooting
assist in onboarding and user management
leverage tools like Jira for ERP and ServiceDesk by SolarWinds to resolve technical issues
manage Salesforce legacy systems support and ticket resolution
optimize data views for ERP systems
uphold customer service standards by addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly
maintain accurate customer credit records.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer or in a similar role
demonstrable skills in Configuration Management
excellent Customer Service skills
experience in Salesforce Administration
proficiency in using Dynamics AX
proven track record in diagnosing and resolving software application issues
ability to communicate complex information to non-technical staff
strong understanding of software application security and best practices
ability to work as part of a team and independently
capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
availability for on-call support on a rotating basis
relevant certifications in software application support are advantageous
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
