Job Description:

This role is integral to our operations, with a focus on end-user application architecture, deployment, and support. The successful candidate will work closely with data management and core systems to ensure productivity and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Administer user access
Manage application-related content inventory
Offer first-tier end-user application support
Maintain and update application inventory
Analyze documents and recommend system modifications
Utilize project management methodologies
Manage vendor relationships
Ensure secure computing practices
Prioritize and resolve bridge resolutions and interrupt-driven tasks

Requirements:

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Knowledge of Dell Technologies
Understanding of Firewall Technologies
Expertise in Active Directory
Experience in Backup Technologies
Proficiency in Computer Hardware
Familiarity with Configuration Management
Excellent Customer Service skills
