Job Description:

This role involves serving as a crucial technical link among various teams, ensuring the accurate specification, estimation, and execution of electrical switchgear and related products. The job function spans across customer interaction, project management, and technical support within the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Handle technical queries from customers
Assist sales and estimating teams
Monitor and evaluate project performance
Facilitate technical design process
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams
Ensure sales orders align with contract requirements
Act as primary liaison for technical issues
Work with project managers
Develop and support documentation
Refine estimation accuracy and sales processes

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as an Application Support Engineer
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in CAD software
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Good understanding and experience with MRP systems
