Job Description:

The job involves being responsible for application development in alignment with governance standards, improving processes, overseeing production releases, guiding software quality, and advancing technical leadership within a technology-driven work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expertise in area and advance knowledge of application implementation
Guidance to team to establish design standard, improving efficiency of development workflow and product rollout
Establish project specifications and technical direction
Take ownership of smooth Production releases planning and execution
Act as a first point of contact to production support team for application support
Oversee software quality and system modifications
Guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues
Analyze existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Liaise with team members, management to ensure projects are completed to application development and governance standard
Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required
Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

Requirements:

Min 13-15 years of experience in software development and technical leadership with Java, Spring boot, Kafka, API gateway
Great exposure to microservices architecture, API gateway
Proven implementation of design pattern and enterprise level architecture
Kafka/MQ would be an advantage
Hands on experience on Code and willingness to code as and when required to meet deliverables
Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and project management skills
UI tech stack knowledge will be advantage.
