Citi’s FX eTrading team is a high-intensity product development unit that defines, designs and develops critical front-office applications for the Global FX & Local Markets business.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for handling the DevOps role for eTrading applications
Responsible to manage the build and deployment infrastructure of eTrading applications
Utilizes knowledge of unix scripting, Jenkins, Gradle, and continuous delivery tools to enhance and maintain the existing build/deployment system, and also revamp it
Possesses excellent understanding of unix and scripting
Understands and solves issues with complex build pipelines
Co-ordinates production changes and releases
Understands and recommends the right way of managing source code modules for complicated runtime requirements and helps to provide clean build system for those
Understands advanced levels of environment provisioning and designs build ecosystem that supports quick environment provisioning
Good understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery systems.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in devops engineering roles
Graduation/Post Graduation qualifications in Engineering stream with a very good academic record throughout from premier institutions
A high degree of Analytical ability and Quantitative skills is desirable.
